Dale started with Motor City Electric in 1982. He began his career as a Job Superintendent and in 1984, he became Commercial Field Superintendent and Project Manager. In 1987, Dale took over all operations companywide. By 1991, he became a Vice President and was promoted to Executive Vice President/COO in 1993. Dale took over as President and CEO of the company in 2000, where he remains today.
With over 60 years of overall experience in the industry, Dick started with Motor City Electric in 1984 as Chief Estimator. By 1987, he became Vice President of Estimating. In 2000, Dick moved on to become part of the Advisory Board of overall business development for the company.
Denise started her career with Motor City Electric Co. in 1984 as an accountant with MCE Utilities Co. (one of our wholly owned subsidiaries). She advanced to Contracts Controller and in 1996, was promoted to Controller. In 2000, Denise was appointed Executive Vice President/CFO.
Tom joined the company in 1984 as an estimator. By 1990, he moved up to Senior Project Manager and in 1996, he became Manager of the Commercial Division. In 2000, Tom became Vice President of the Commercial Division. Tom was appointed Executive Vice President of the Commercial Division in 2003.
In 1982, Kevin started his career with MCE as a journeyman. That same year he was promoted to foreman and in 1992, became a superintendent. In 2000, he took on the responsibility of Vice President of Operations. By 2003, Kevin earned the title of Executive Vice President of Operations.
Steve joined the MCE team back in 1981 as a project engineer. Over the next 24 years, he moved up the ranks, acting as the Service Group Manager from 1995–2000. In 2000, he took over as Vice President of Service and Utilities. In 2003, Steve was promoted to Executive Vice President for the Industrial, Utilities and Service Divisions.
Paul began his career with MCE back in 1973 and has the longest tenure with the company. In 1980, he became an Estimator/Project Manager. By 1996, he earned the role of Vice President Public Works and Steel. In 2000, he became Senior Vice President and in 2003.
