Software Implementation Specialist

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have strong problem -solving skills, be proficient in software development practices and be passionate about technology and innovation. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain software applications that meet our business needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.
- Develop or recommend software solutions by studying needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
- Follows the software development lifecycle.
- Documents, demonstrates and oversees solutions by developing documentation flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and or designing system specifications, standards and programming.
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending and or implementing changes in policies and procedures.
- Obtain and license software by obtaining information from vendors, recommending purchases and testing/approving products.
- Protects company by keeping information confidential.
- Develop and maintain in-house applications using Microsoft products such as Power BI, Power Apps, MS Flow, etc.
- Develop and maintain company Intranet and Internet site(s).
- Oversee the evaluation, deployment and implementation/integration of new and existing 3rd software packages.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Experience Level: 3 years experience
